Technical Support FAQs

What information should I include in my support request?

To help us address your issue more efficiently, please include the following information in your support request: detailed steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, any error messages you received, the browser or app version you're using.

What are your support hours?

Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Premium support plans include extended hours and weekend coverage. For urgent issues outside regular hours, premium support customers can use the emergency contact information provided in their support package.

How long will it take to get a response?

Our response times vary based on the priority of the issue and your support plan. Urgent issues are typically addressed within 1-2 hours, high priority within 4 hours, medium priority within 8 business hours, and low priority within 24 business hours.
